### 1/5 — Paid but Never Received My Credits

I would not recommend this app based on my experience. I paid for the lowest subscription specifically to create videos from my photos, but after my payment went through, I never received the points that were supposed to come with the subscription.

As a result, I wasn’t able to use the main feature I paid for. I tried, but the app still wouldn’t let me generate my video because it said I didn’t have any points.

Paying for a subscription and then not receiving the promised credits is very frustrating. Unless this issue is fixed, I cannot recommend spending your money on this app.

I hope the developers address this problem and either provide the missing credits or improve their customer support.

After trying many ai apps with little satisfaction as they all seem to not get images correct when adding backgrounds. I’m not paying for a premium subscription until I know it can produce good results.

I really enjoyed this app previously but the recent update is incomprehensibly TERRIBLE!!! The image generator runs without my permission or request and eats up my credits unprompted. 

I guess I’ll have to find a new platform. Truly unfortunate

I am beyond tired of constantly having a almost $500 charge trying to be placed on my Apple credit card when I have already deleted the profile that I had set up. I never even used this app for this website for a second due to the fact that I have a membership with a competitor of theirs and it’s lifetime and it is way better and way more afford. I am really getting tired of trying to reach out to customer service with it being merely impossible to get anyone because every email I’ve sent that are posted as the customer support I keep getting a reply that that email address is no longer exist. I’ve tried to contact customer support because the app in the website without any luck whatsoever so I’m trying this way. To magnetic that if I keep getting a ticket charge on my Apple credit card for $500 I will be reaching out to an attorney and having them to handle this nonstop problem so with that being said, this is my last warning to Magnific STOP TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY WHEN I DELETED MY ACCOUNT A WHILE AGO 🤬

Very disappointing experience. I purchased the Premium plan, but my account still shows as being on the free plan, so I can’t access any of the paid features. I also tried using the Restore Purchase option multiple times, but it only displays the error “Something went wrong.”

This is extremely frustrating, especially when I paid for the service and have important projects that depend on these premium features. The lack of immediate access after payment is unacceptable.

I hope the developers fix this issue quickly and improve the purchase restoration process. Until then, I can’t recommend paying for the Premium subscription.
