All the nurses at work complain about how tedious and finicky the app is. I spend more time dealing with issues on this app than anything else. Same login information is “invalid” when attempting to log into mobile app. Garbage ### 2/5 — Horrible *2023-09-01, version 4.2* Omg give me back wand app back this new version is literally the worst constantly glitches and doesn’t recognize the imputed times , will literally input the same data 10-12 times and then will randomly accept the times. otherwise all the other attempts get the same error that the start time needs to be before the end time . Guess what? If its weekend or holiday-no support! Worst time keeping app ever. As a travel nurse i started to refuse assignments where they use wand as a time keeping system. You have to use a computer to do everything. The website also won’t work on your phone because it only wants you to use the app.. the same app that doesn’t work. I’ve never written a review on an app before but this one is truly terrible. Your log in will not work on the phone but will work on a desktop. This entire system needs to be reworked. Every week I’m having issues submitting my timesheet, the app is basically useless for me because it keeps saying my password is incorrect but I can log on the web using the same password, this is extremely frustrating !!!! ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. *2022-11-07, version 3.9.7* It’s awful. Some days you can log in other days you can’t. It’s frustrating especially as this is how you’re able to bill employers. The website is also an awful interface. Please refer to work period.” It let me save it when the update first happened but now for some reason this week its not. Terribly frustrating! ### 1/5 — Can never get in *2026-03-23, version 6.9* This app irritates me to my core being, I very week to every other week I have to change my password because the face recognition stops working stating that I haven’t physically logged in for “14 days” when I could have logged in three days prior. Then when trying to change my password, it says request invalid. This app NEVER works and it’s so irritating. Why have face recognition if it’s going to constantly stop working? I can’t even save my password to my phone and just click to have it auto placed either, if I didn’t NEED this app to log my time, I would have gotten rid of it months ago. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS!!! ### 1/5 — Can’t login anymore *2025-12-22, version 6.8* This app used to work just fine and I was able to log my hours. Since last week, I keep getting a “Your session has expired” message every time I try to login and it just bounces me back to the login page, which is not only extremely frustrating, but has now prevented me from being able to get paid on time. I’ve already reached out to the Magnit support team and they’ve opened a ticket, but there has been no communication back from them and no ETA on when this issue will be fixed. This is a horrible user/employee experience and affects employees greatly as they’re unable to get paid on time. ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-10-10, version 6.6.2* This app no longer works correctly I get an error every time I login in with my current SSO. I’ve also had to delete, download, and change my password many times to even get the app to log in. Face ID also doesn’t work. The browser is so much better. Assigning a cost center on the form requires scrolling through the entire list to the one you need. I can easily enter my time while on the go in the matter of minutes. It doesn’t require multiple clicking for the daily entries like the web version. With the mobile app- you can even copy and paste your time from the previous week with one click! It’s convenient for those who work the usual working hours. This mobile app will prevent you from missing time sheet submissions. ### 5/5 — User Friendly Phone Application *2020-02-05, version 3.5* Nice app, very easy to use. Definitely, one tweak I would make is finger print login. Entering and reentering user name and password for multiple logons is tedious. A glitch I would fix is stop rolling over to the ensuing day when current day is selected. I don’t have to do a bunch of back and forth I can simply open the app and get to it. It brings up the week that’s missing time automatically and it’s easy to log in with Face ID. The only issue I’ve found with the mobile app is if you have an entry you need to zero out on the time card.
