The one button push them enter the amount is all that it needs to be. Change it back ### 1/5 — Do not use bank or this app *2022-06-16* This is is trash! It updated and now it wont let me unlock my card ### 1/5 — No log out feature *2019-07-17* This is a very poor app. It looks great and the dashboard is fine but who develops an app- especially one with financial info- that does not have a session log-out? When I asked about this, I was told " To log out of the app, you have to select the three bars at the top left of the screen, then select "Settings." It will then give you the option to "Remove Profile" which will fully log you out of the app. However, to log back in you will have to input all of your information again rather than just putting in the four digit code you set up at the beginning of logging in." Why would anyone want to do that? Also, when trying to utilize the "Send Feedback" option, you can write the email but can't actually send it! ### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to sign in *2019-02-23, version 2.5.0* I changed my mobile number with the back. I got a new phone and wanted to use the app. So I downloaded it on my new phone but it still trying to send a code to my old mobile number. My number has been change for some time now. I have even tried uninstalling and installing fresh. Not working.. ### 2/5 — Please remove old cards from the dashboard! *2026-07-23* I’ve been with MagFedCU for 20 years and have been requesting the company to give customers the option to hide old cards, before MagFedCU even had an app. The request was ignored then for the website and it’s still being ignored now for the app. No other financial institution continues showing customers old cards that are no longer active, it causes confusion and serves no purpose. What purpose does it serve to continue showing me a non-active card in 2026 on my dashboard, that I lost back in 2007? The card was reported lost immediately and probably expired over 15 years ago. I don’t need to see this card, it’s not relevant to my account today in 2026. Ignoring feedback like this for decades, has always been a problem at MagFedCU and has contributed to the company being ranked last behind other institutions on features, services, and a polished app and website experience. Ignoring feedback and not working to implement said feedback from customers and staffing, impacts EVERYONE. ### 2/5 — App Issues *2025-04-26* I’ve been having issues unlocking my card. It’s not all the town but it’s pretty frequent. ### 2/5 — like but... *2019-01-02* Since the last iOS update have been unable to deposit checks using the APP. The APP crashes at the point of taking a photo of my check. I’m having to drive too far. Since I left Trustmark banking service is a hobby instead of a job. Don’t have a pay overdraft fees that they accidentally charges my account. Don’t have unexpected charges by mistakes.
