They kept me informed of their time of arrival and turn up at the agreed time. Their drivers are helpful and polite. All good. ### 1/5 — Very poor app *2024-09-06, version 34.5.14* So I downloaded the app. Hit the first problem when it asked for my email address and it told me iCloud wasn’t a valid email address!! So I tried ntlworld and got the same. Tried my gmail address and it finally worked. Bad start. Then it wanted me to add a credit card with all the details. It didn’t seem secure and I hadn’t even had an email confirmation request so I didn’t think it was wise. You obviously can’t pay with Applepay. Well, as they don’t even recognise iCloud as an address I’m not surprised. So I stopped. Just have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app until it decides to confirm the booking.
