Even the “New to Magnus Health Mobile App” section does not specifically clarify how to sign up for an account. Instead, it discusses log-in information…how do I have log-in information if I am new to the app??? Then it says if I “don’t know my credentials or need to update them” (still confusing wording for someone who has never registered in the first place), I have to use my desktop/laptop to do so, which is extremely inconvenient. Not off to a good start with this platform. It shouldn’t be that difficult.
