I wasted over an hour getting it to work and now it’s not working again. I wish my daughter’s day camp didn’t require it. **Developer response:** Thank you for your input! Just so ridiculous and too time consuming in the mornings. I hate this app!! Very basic and I wish schools would discontinue the use of it. **Developer response:** Thanks for contacting us! We are happy to let you know that you can in fact use one username as a primary account and then easily switch back and forth between your children’s accounts. To enable this, just sign in with your username per usual, and then in the Accounts screen select Add an Existing Account and enter your second set of credentials. That will link the accounts. Then you can quickly switch back and forth between your children’s accounts. Even the “New to Magnus Health Mobile App” section does not specifically clarify how to sign up for an account. Instead, it discusses log-in information…how do I have log-in information if I am new to the app??? Then it says if I “don’t know my credentials or need to update them” (still confusing wording for someone who has never registered in the first place), I have to use my desktop/laptop to do so, which is extremely inconvenient. Not off to a good start with this platform. It shouldn’t be that difficult. Make sure to keep it updated for the latest features. ### 4/5 — The App doesn’t seem to be improving *2023-07-07* I appreciate having a mobile app to manage the multiple yearly health forms we have to complete but it seems the UI/UX may be digressing. Attempting to locate how to upload documents as a yearly replacement is cumbersome and not intuitive. Extra clicks to remove old forms and then having to take photos of current forms after even more clicks is not very user friendly. A connection to files other than the ones on my iPhone would also be helpful e.g Google Drive or Dropbox. It would also allow for a document scan vs a photo which would provide a higher quality image. It could also allow you to extract discrete data from the forms which could open up opportunities for you and your customers. Finally, for a future item maybe consider a way to number/ID forms in a way that doesn’t force critical information to be cut off at the bottom. I need to be able to see over the counter meds as well as prescription meds. Also, it would be great if you could make it to where we could add a nurse note through the mobile app if we are on a field trip. The Magnus v2 app was better for admins. **Developer response:** Thank you for your insightful input! You are correct, our initial release of the new Magnus Health mobile app was geared toward Parents to ensure that we met their requirements for the current Re-enrollment window. Upcoming releases will address additional enhancements for nurses and schools. In the meantime, within the new app you are able to view Prescriptions if you have that authorization. Simply click on “Students” in the tap bar at the bottom of the app screen and choose the desired student. Then within their record you can tap on any of the medications listed to see details.
