My saved stories and reward points have been restored. Thank you for all of your work in fixing this issue. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2025-11-15* Accidentally entered incorrect email trying to create a library card account in Magzter Library App. Have sent several emails requesting help correcting my email and never receive a reply. ### 1/5 — Missing on dailies *2024-12-17* All of a sudden lot of daily newspapers like TOI, Indian express, Loksatta, Sakal are vanished ### 1/5 — Selection is awful *2023-05-09* All the magazines available on the different app used through public library are not here! Terrible selection with mostly free magazines that you pick up in stores when you travel. Many of the magazines include links in them. The links do not work, which is bad. But worse, I can’t copy the link and paste the link into a browser. Nor press and hold to ‘look up’. Because of this, the articles lose much of their depth and leave me frustrated. I have given up Our library has changed apps before.
