Is the app published to store without testing? Data Consistency: Certain features work intermittently. For example, day‑wise export or import units should be consistently available within the app and must not be discontinued. Charts and Readings: The charts provided are inaccurate and misleading. They should display readings with proper dates. For instance, if I check the current week’s data on Saturday, the chart should not show Sunday’s reading prematurely. This creates confusion and undermines trust in the data. Moreover, the charts often display incorrect values. A simple date‑wise reading list on the dashboard would be more reliable, provided it works consistently every day. Customers are intelligent and deserve complete information, nothing should be hidden. App development: Are you truly developing a mobile application? Why is an OTP required every time for login? It feels as though a website developer was hired to design this app, since such a requirement is unnecessary in a mobile environment.
