Now when I try to see today’s consumption I get the message ’No data found’. Also, each time I try to login the app prompts for update. Each time I update, the mpin which I had set disappears. ### 1/5 — No OTP, no real time data *2026-02-25* There is no real time data available. The OTP does not work consistently. Smart Meter is a problem and to trying to detect the problem the app is not working or providing real time data. Login Requirement: It is unreasonable to require users to log in every day. This is not a website; it is a mobile application designed for convenience. Daily login should not be necessary. Data Consistency: Certain features work intermittently. For example, day‑wise export or import units should be consistently available within the app and must not be discontinued. Charts and Readings: The charts provided are inaccurate and misleading. They should display readings with proper dates. For instance, if I check the current week’s data on Saturday, the chart should not show Sunday’s reading prematurely. This creates confusion and undermines trust in the data. Moreover, the charts often display incorrect values. A simple date‑wise reading list on the dashboard would be more reliable, provided it works consistently every day. Timestamp Transparency: Some tiles show “today’s reading,” but the exact time of recording is missing. Without timestamps, the data lacks meaning and context. Customers are intelligent and deserve complete information, nothing should be hidden. App development: Are you truly developing a mobile application? Why is an OTP required every time for login? It feels as though a website developer was hired to design this app, since such a requirement is unnecessary in a mobile environment. Moreover, the OTP often fails to get delivered even after multiple retries, which makes the experience frustrating and unreliable. ### 1/5 — Not easy to use *2026-04-03* Every time have to put customer ID and password which is time consuming and tedious. There is option to create M-PIN but it’s not working. Like its a phone number that you have to remember. No Apple password support. No biometric login. No pin based login. No otp login too. Memorise connection Id is very painful. Then it says update available but app store shows I have latest. Additionally, it asks for the User ID in the form of a Customer ID, which is difficult to remember and inconvenient. Another issue occurs when opening the app—it prompts for an update and redirects to the App Store. However, on the App Store, there is no update available and only an “Open” option is shown. Please address and fix the frequent logoff issue and the incorrect update prompt. ### 2/5 — OTP introduced lately. *2026-02-24* After Login 4-5 times, OTP never arrives. It comes after an hour or so by the time the App is defunct. Does your team check its validity before a new product is launched ??
