They have become lost. I would like to purchase just them again. I don’t need all the other offerings thank you. Hence why pay for all the others not needed? As a student of ™ the whole idea is for as many people as possible worldwide to meditate and live in harmony with the Laws of Nature. Charging for this reduces the number of people who will. ### 2/5 — You cannot purchase the app *2022-08-14* When I try to purchase the app by clicking on 3.99 I just get an hourglass that is going around and around. When I try to restore I get a message try again later. This app needs help. ### 5/5 — Finally read the App Support *2022-01-03, version 3.8.0* I treasure this app. However, on my Apple devices, every month or so, it wouldn’t open — just the spinner would be spinning. But in the Apple App Store, I went to the information about the app and finally read the support information. I followed the instructions for solving that experience, and it worked. Previously, I used to delete the app, reinstall it, and renew my purchase or login again. Now I am happy to know how to get it refreshed by using the correct Apple features on my devices. ### 3/5 — Working only half the time *2021-05-08, version 3.3.4* Too many times I try to use the app and it just sits smd spins ### 4/5 — Fantastic *2020-11-27* I downloaded this app to listen to Maharishis translation of the Gita. It's a great recording but the app has all of the mp3s mixed up. It says that the 3:20-4:10 is 4:42-5:21. It's confusing without a physical copy to follow and the book playback is sometimes tedious. I wish the integration was better for the audiobook and had a bookmark feature. Otherwise all of the vedic chants are great and it's a very refined app. ### 3/5 — New app visuals *2020-10-22* I’m still getting used to all the aspects of the new app so I’m not sure how to rate it. But there is one issue that makes it hard to use, and that is the white letters on the golden background. Elegant but hard to read especially on my iPhone at night. Dark lettering to contrast (navy blue?) would be functionally better. I do have a couple of suggestions. When a recitation is in favorites it only shows the name of the Sukta and not the branch of Veda it belongs to. For example, a Purusha Sukta of Sama Ved only shows up as Purusha Sukta. It does indicate is from Sama Ved. Also I find it hard to see the back navigation arrow to go to the previous page. It would be nice, if you keep the current color scheme, to make those bolder or more obvious in some way. I really enjoy having this app and being able to support the Maharishi Vedic Pundits in this way. It helps the world... and costs very little! ### 3/5 — Great content, not the simplest to use. *2020-08-07* The previous design was far better, and more useful. Difficult to read what is offered and what I want to hear. I generally listen to an hour’s worth as I fall asleep. In the previous app, I played what I wanted and that was it. With the new version, the app plays until it has to be manually shut down. Kills my device’s battery and I am less than enthusiastic about an app that will not shut down on its own. Just another app that demands one’s attention, like it or not. I hope they rectify these issues. Otherwise, I’m cancelling and will look for other sources **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. We will soon be making the design easeir to read. Now if you select the timer it will automatically end the rectiation and close the app, which should solve the problem you mention. We will soon be adding more options to the timer. In the Recitations and Bhgavad Gita sections, in the next few weeks you will find an option to play one track after the other or only one track at a time. Not crazy about white lettering on gold — very difficult to read. Also, how can I decide to go from one recitation immediately into the next in line — the default setting now — or not. I don’t really like this new default. I would rather each selection plays and ends, not continuing on to the next in line automatically. Or at least give me the option of turning off this new default setting. I would prefer to make my own play list inside the app. If that could be possible. I would also suggest volume control inside the app. Very inconvenient not to see how loud it’s going to be when it starts, as it’s controlled by my phone volume, and that display is not visually evident inside the app or outside it either. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review and understanding. My thoughts in Two distinctly different areas, UI and content. The new UI is a complete redesign of UX and visual experience. It absolutely rocks!...the Golden wheat straw color theme is elegant and refined, the photographs of the Pandits bring a deep personal touch; the navigation is easy, simple and flexible and the new functionality adds new user options, all of which add up to a AAA+ in my user experience. Now, the content. I've been reading Vedic txts and chanting for close to 50 years and listening to a wide range of Vedic chanting from many different Pandits for more than 30 years... Recitations by the Maharishi Pandits are without peer...seriously the best I have heard...they really resonate with my internal being...and the range of recitations as well classical 24/7 Gandarva Veda and Rain Melodies add so much... I especially like listening to the Rain Melody on super hot and dry days where I feel cooled and moist from the inside. Space to enter a password is off the bottom of the screen & you can’t scroll down. The sound was raw and usually the chanting was slightly out of tune. On this new APP, the Audio is rather refined and sounds like it’s been auto tuned. Unlike the old cassette tapes where you would hear a little coughing. Every time for like the last 24 hours, it asks me to log in, then I get an error message, and to try again later. Deleting then reinstalling the app doesn’t work, nor does asking it to send a new password. Same error message, and to try again later. FRUSTRATING!
