They issue challans conveniently but it’s unclear who actually operates it. They don’t review violations for big cars like Fortuner or Thar, and they completely ignore trucks that don’t have visible number plates or HSRP. Even when there’s clear proof, they still avoid issuing challans to trucks. I don’t understand why there’s such a double standard. Another issue — they act on traffic violations but not on real public problems like waterlogging, fallen trees, and other incidents. ### 1/5 — Till the time you open the app to click picture, criminal is gone. *2025-08-07* Half the people drive on wrong side, two wheelers never wear helmet. Till the time you open the app to report the criminal run away. There should be provision to add video from footage taken else no one will ever improve. ### 1/5 — Civilian Report Not Working *2025-03-07* Unable to submit complaints. App shows no response or error message. This error has been present for over 6 months now. Seems such apps are made only to benefit the corrupt IT companies that bribe the govt to get contracts to make such low-quality apps. Digital India indeed. ### 1/5 — Why the apps keep crashing ..? *2022-03-29* As i try to report for civilian report as i open the camera to take pictures for car parked wrongly or parked in no parking zone the camera module only stops working and apps keep getting crash … as the app gives user to update for civilian report due to the app poor performance we the civilian can not opt for filing the civilian report how is the apps are working for the cops and not for civilian ### 1/5 — Conveniently rigged app *2022-03-08* Only fine payment option works hassle free. Delayed or absolutely no response or reply on calling helpline or email for grievence redressal. All challans or violations shown here are not visible on the traffic division app MParivahan or any other app..How can one confirm if they are being charged penalties falsely just to swindle money from people? ### 1/5 — Very user un-friendly *2021-09-16* The Grievance redressal system is absolutely pathetic! You can’t copy paste the challan number from the challan section, and even though you are a registered user, with registered vehicle, you have to manually add all the details, including vehicle engine number, into the app. Very un user friendly design. It seems while designing, the developer was thinking- How can I really harass the users more? ### 2/5 — No option to upload pics *2025-03-30* There is no option to upload pics of traffic violations…its not possible to open the app and click photos esp when driving… ### 2/5 — Citizen report *2025-02-11* If u guys are not ready to check properly the report given by citizen then y r u keeping that option. Have report genuine cases. Still are getting rejected without any proper reason mentioned. Seriously whats the ise of citizen report section then ### 2/5 — App shutdown *2022-11-17* While open the fine page from the information tab the app shutdown have try this several time the issue is not yet fixed i would really recommend the developer to pls look into this and would also suggest them while paying the fine online from my challan section and then clicking the pay button from that page still they ask for the challan number. Please see that we can get the option of copy and paste the challan number or if we r going through the my challan tab and pay the challan number is default selected from the previous page ### 2/5 — Decent app *2022-08-11* Overall, a good initiative. But I would love if the developer allows photos from library to be uploaded for reporting violation instead of just from camera. Many times capturing a violation had to be done quickly. There isn’t much time to open the app and then upload via camera. But, There is no option to report wrong side driving by two or three or four wheelers. Such things are very common nowadays making the traffic jams. Let’s say I notice violation, it takes about 4 clicks before I take a picture. A good enough time span for the violator to be alarmed. Ideally allow the user to take a picture first and then fill details of what violation it is, etc. ### 3/5 — Add photo preview option before submitting violation *2025-03-10* When we take photo to report violation we can’t see the preview it will help in entering correct number of violator ### 3/5 — Upload from Gallery *2025-03-04* Please provide the option to upload an incident photo from photo gallery. In case of wanting to record an incident in real time, the time it takes to open the app, go to the incident report page and then take the photos, is very time consuming. We prefer directly opening the camera to quickly capture the ongoing incident, then uploading it in the app as a proper incident report with the best captured photos from the photo gallery. ### 3/5 — Upload Option *2024-03-03* Please provide an option to upload the images under civilian report as it is not possible to report live every time. ### 3/5 — Can't upload images *2022-11-14* Hi Team, When trying to report traffic violation, it doesn't give option to upload photo from gallery. Camera open to take new photo but already taken photo can't upload.
