Normally, loan interest is quoted annually, but they present it in a way that looks much lower than it really is. It is notoriously slow; keeps flashing the message ‘something went wrong’ irrespective of menu choice; and doesn’t allow you to get anything done. Design is atrocious- hardly intuitive. This App has no auto debit option, neither schedule option. I think it’s not a developer fault, Definitely company is making such kind of Jumla. I didn’t get any reply on above queries. Being a valuable old customer of car loan since 2016 I got very disappointed with this attitude. I raised many emails to nodal officer as well grievance but didn’t a single reply neither on email nor on personal visit to branch. Inspite of getting previledge of old customer company doesn’t leave me in any way of supporting hands to valuable customer. Guys pls don’t avail any loan to get frustrated in all ways. Will Never take any financial loans again! ### 1/5 — Phone number *2026-02-20* Only accepts numbers starting with +91. I am receiving messages about penalties, but the app does not provide proper information about the exact penalty amount or check bounce charges. This lack of transparency is very disappointing. If Credit Card Payments mode is included it will be more easy to pay ### 3/5 — High Interest Rate – Mahindra Finance *2025-10-30* I would like to share my feedback regarding the high interest rates being charged by Mahindra Finance. While the company provides easy and accessible loan options for customers, especially in rural and semi-urban areas, the interest rates are comparatively much higher than other financial institutions and banks. Such high rates increase the total repayment amount significantly and put unnecessary financial pressure on customers, even those with a good repayment history. I believe Mahindra Finance should reconsider its current rate structure and make it more reasonable and competitive. Reducing the interest rate will not only help in improving customer satisfaction but will also build greater trust and long-term relationships with clients. Offering flexible repayment options or lower interest for regular payers can also motivate customers to stay loyal to Mahindra Finance. I hope the management reviews this matter seriously and takes steps toward making the finance process more customer-friendly and fair for all.
