This is going on for last 3-4 days and there in no update required as my app is upto date. Still the app keeps giving error “Domain pining failed. Please try again later”. This error has been there for few days. How do you expect people to book appointment when this simple app itself doesn’t work and developers look to be clueless about the app now working. ### 4/5 — App will work if you do this *2025-09-01* If your m4u app doesn’t work then send an email to mahindra with your vehicle details and also mention the issue in the email. Mahindra app team will get your account reset and post that you can sign up again in the app as a new user. It will work 100%. It worked for me now and I am now able to see all details for my xuv700 in the app. ### 5/5 — Service is pathetic *2025-08-31* The Mahindra guys look clueless in most cases. The app shows scheduled pick up while i never opt for that. During servicing i ask them to do certain things and at the end i see its not done. This is my 4th Mahindra car. but i prefer not to go to authorised service centres. The consumables are charged at 50% more than the market price. The labour charges are too much. Unnecessary replacements at every service. ### 4/5 — Good with flaws *2025-02-21, version 9.14* The app is good for tracking service, RSA, warranty etc. Two things that went bad that I had to reduce one star - they removed the feature to add service notes. More recently they stopped accepting decimals in fuel log for litres! ### 3/5 — “Track Your SUV” feature not working. *2025-01-19, version 9.12* I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of tracking my new Mahindra vehicle’s delivery but unfortunately, that itself isn’t working, it shows “This feature is currently unavailable.” The app is very good but if the tracking was working then i would have definitely given a five star. ### 3/5 — Suggestion to Improve Vehicle Management Functionality *2024-11-21* I noticed that the app currently displays three vehicles under my profile—two bookings I made and the actual car I own. It would be very helpful if the app included a functionality to remove vehicles that are no longer needed. I purchased the vehicle 3 months back and the app shows no updates. I am struggling to book vehicle service slot. The dealer is saying to connect with customer care and the customer care is saying they will arrange a call back from mahindra for you team. If there is a bug fix it god dammit. Why the hell do you not fix things and leave people to suffer. Pathetic experience. ### 1/5 — Very poor app made by a very cheap developers *2026-03-26, version 10.8* Never opened always loading with every updates they provide more bugs rather than bug fix. I used to track fuel log but unable to track every entry as there is bug in app and it never loads and shows sorry message of error or app crash.. I am using Iphone 13 and My phone is uptodate software updates ### 1/5 — Very poor service of mahindra and doesn’t care of customer *2026-01-15* The service quality of Mahindra is very poor and highly unsatisfactory. Despite repeated visits to the service center, the problems in the vehicle remain unresolved. The mechanics appear to be inadequately trained and lack proper technical knowledge to diagnose and fix issues correctly. This results in wastage of time, money, and causes mental harassment to customers. Mahindra should urgently improve its service standards and provide proper training to its service staff to ensure customer satisfaction. ### 1/5 — Dashboard keeps loading *2025-11-04, version 9.30* It’s been few weeks I have been facing. The app dashboard never loads content and I can’t book appointment. Over the call all service centres are busy and never address issues despite multiple feedbacks. Unfortunately electronic issues can’t be addressed outside of Mahindra service centres. I wish someone reads and takes necessary actions. ### 1/5 — Basic operations like login and loading home page doesn’t work *2025-10-26* Not a reliable app. Basic functionality of the app doesn’t work. when you launch an app, nothing loads and you can’t even access anything. No metadata displayed on UI. When I try to logout and login back, I can’t even login to the app with an already registered account bcz both otp and whatsapp methods don’t work. When a company decides all customer interactions are routed through app like book a car service or contact customer care or access your previous service invoice in a hurry, and this app don’t even launch to display any basic crucial functionality other than than logout. ### 1/5 — Worst Experience *2025-06-12, version 9.22* I had booked a Car in November 2024, and at the time of booking, I was given a Customer Promised Delivery (CPD) date of May 2025. However, just prior to the expected delivery, upon contacting the dealership for confirmation, I was informed that the new CPD has been pushed to June 2026—a full year later—without any valid explanation or justification. If they just dont want to sell the car they should not take booking rather playing with people emotions. ### 1/5 — Pathetic after the update *2025-05-23, version 9.21* First the update didn’t happen. I had to uninstall and reinstall. The app didn’t allow me to continue to book a service without updating. Now after updating I am unable to book a service at all. Time slots are shown empty. When I select the blank option anyway it asks me to select a future date. ### 1/5 — Road side assistance not working *2025-01-13, version 9.12* Tried 3 days for road side assistance. The app shows internal error, tried on customer care still same. The car just 700km run and having a fuel leak issue for Thar Roxx. It’s better to choose a local workshop instead of manufacturer offerings such as warranty and road side assistance.. those who buy Mahindra cars I recommend that don’t expect good service even from Mahindra or dealers ### 1/5 — Service cheats *2024-11-10, version 9.11* Post sales service in NCR is an absolute disaster. Am regretting purchasing this vehicle, simply because of the hell I have to go through every year. Impolite staff, unnecessary expenses, issues not fixed after being billed for, and the gall to blame the customer for everything that’s wrong. If pricing your car competitively meant that you had to allow service centres to cheat us, then people should know about it. Stop scamming people like this. ### 1/5 — Misleading Features and Useless Updates *2024-10-10* I recently booked a vehicle through the app, and one of the main features that influenced my decision was the ability to track my booking. However, after completing the booking, the “Track Vehicle” option simply isn’t available, despite it being shown in the app’s screenshots and description. This is not only misleading but incredibly frustrating, especially when there are frequent updates that don’t seem to address this issue. Instead of fixing the core functionalities, the updates feel irrelevant and don’t improve the user experience.
