## What is Mahjong Score Drill?

Still leaving mahjong score calculation to someone else at the table?

Mahjong Score Drill is a training app built purely for repetition — the fastest way to go from "let me check the table" to answering fu, han, and points instantly. No clutter, no distractions. Like a flashcard deck, it's simple by design, and the more you use it, the more it sticks.

■ Learn in 3 steps
1. Memorize with Flashcards
Drill fu, han, and points on cards. Yaku and fu cards include tile images showing the actual hand shape. Tap to reveal the answer, then mark it "Got it" or "Not yet" to track your mastery.

2. Test yourself with Drills
Enter the real score using the on-screen keypad. Choose from 5 test types — Fu, Yaku & Han (including closed/open and yakuman judgment), Non-Dealer, Dealer, or both — and confirm you truly know it with a 10-question test.

3. Watch your progress in Stats
Mastery bars by category and full test history make your improvement visible at a glance.

■ 368 cards across every category
- Fu & Han: how to count fu at a win, han values for every yaku
- Score Calculation: Non-Dealer Ron/Tsumo, Dealer Ron/Tsumo scores
- Bonus: glossary, table etiquette, special rules, strategy & tile efficiency, local yaku & yakuman

■ Built-in score table
A fu × han lookup table, plus reference tables for "How Fu Works" and "Yaku & Han" — covering Non-Dealer, Dealer, Mangan and above, fu breakdown, and every yaku's han value.

■ Standby Flashcard
Shows a flashcard right on your Lock Screen. Tap to move to the next card — review during spare moments without even opening the app. Premium unlocks choosing the card scope and order.

■ Home Screen Widget (NEW)
Shows a flashcard right on your Home Screen — just tap "Again," "Good," or "Easy" to rate it on the spot. Answer a card in a spare moment without ever opening the app. Has its own category scope and order settings, independent from the Standby Flashcard.

■ Weak Cards, Surfaced Automatically (NEW)
Using the difficulty score from the FSRS spaced-repetition algorithm, the Flashcard screen automatically lists the cards you struggle with most — so you always know what to focus on next.

■ Called by Name (NEW)
Set a nickname and the mascot will greet you by name. A small touch that makes daily practice feel a little more personal.

■ Who it's for
- Riichi mahjong beginners to intermediate players who want to call their own score with confidence
- Anyone who's been counting fu "by feel" without really knowing the rules
- Anyone who wants to learn a little at a time, whenever they have a spare moment

■ Highlights
- Uses FSRS, a scientific spaced-repetition algorithm, to resurface each card right before you'd forget it — so review time is spent where it matters most
- Simple design built around the feeling of actually mastering something through daily repetition
- Yaku and fu cards include tile images, so you learn the shape, not just the number
- Two themes (Notebook / Dark) and 3 text sizes
- Switch the display language between Japanese and English
- A systematic learning path from fu and han to the final score
- Doubles as a full reference covering local yaku, etiquette, and strategy
