I just wished I could install a later a later version on my old phone. It’s trying to install the latest version which my very old phone cannot do. I just want an earlier version that has the events. Today over four times this occurred please stop this I tried to contact support but I did not want to chat to AI just wanted to let you know that this behavior needs to stop there’s better ways of dealing with advertising if this continues I will just delete this game. It is super distracting and is very satisfying. The only thing I wish was better was the daily streak. I wish the daily streak got to look cooler and change color once you get a higher streak. But suddenly, I have tiles that wobble and shudder instead of moving when I’m matching an identical file. It appears that the level the tiles are on now also must match? Again, I’ve been away from the game for a while—is my memory shot and it’s been like this for ages or there was a change implemented that I wasn’t aware of? The change is annoying, making the game less enjoyable. As long as we’re here, something needs to be done with your ads and quickly: there are far too many (including some that pop up in the middle of game play), last too long and worst of all, freeze, giving you out of the game to restart. Their games all work smoothly and reliably, with obvious emphasis on solid code, not glitchy ‘bells and whistles’. Thank you, and keep up the good work. Attention to detail and solid performance makes your development team my ‘go to’ in a world where we seem to value ‘flash’ over ‘substance’. Don’t give in to cheap tricks and cutting corners. It is not an iPhone issue, it is the app. No proper update to fix this known issue - So have uninstalled this game app! ### 1/5 — you have a limit to shuffles and that makes for really short the games. *2026-08-07, version 2.5.4* I play the game in the first one I had no problem and no shuffle. Boom, good deal. Game two same thing. Get to game three and at the end of my second shuffle that was the end of the game. Mahjong game apps should not ever have a limit of how many shuffles of the tiles that you can do for each game. if you do then why bother playing the game if it's going to be over in 10 seconds? I’ve lost my 1000 day streak due to this! I’m furious!! I play it every single day with very few exceptions. For some reason, I’ll play it one day and the very next day it will show that missed and use a freeze or restart my streak all over again. Just yesterday, 8/5/26, I played and today, 8/6/26, it showed that I’d missed yesterday’s daily challenge. I don’t mind short ads that take one tap to end, but there’s getting more and more that can take four or five attempts to end and many of these have fake Xs that don’t even close the screen, or others that open their websites when you try and close them and this is telling the algorithms that you like the product and so you get bombarded with even more of their annoying ads. If there was a one-time purchase I’d probably buy it, but it’s a monthly subscription that I feel is overpriced, especially when I play several games and can’t afford to subscribe to every one. I play it every single day, and it has become one of my favorite ways to relax. The graphics are beautiful, the gameplay is smooth, and the puzzles are consistently fun and engaging. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating such a polished experience. One feature I would love to see added is an optional game timer displayed at the top of the screen. It would be great to know exactly how long each game takes to complete, making it easier to challenge myself, track my progress, and try to improve my completion times. An option to turn the timer on or off would make it even better for players who prefer a more relaxed experience. Thank you for creating such an enjoyable game.
