### 3/5 — Hard to see

*2011-12-23*

Might be fine on IPad but on my iPhone it's hard to distinguish one tile from the other. Tiles are beautifully done

### 3/5 — Alright

*2011-03-24, version 4.1*

I like how you can change the camera angle it helps when you get stuck. It'd be nice if I could pick a layout though instead of the way it is now. It feels like I'm very limited please update that. Don't think it's really worth the 3.99 I would rather have paid 1.99 at most

Also it would help if the description was a bit more descriptive

I hope it gets updated then I think I'll feel I've got my moneys worth

### 3/5 — Could use a couple important tweaks but good overall

*2010-01-25*

I'll admit that I was initially pretty skeptical about buying an app with no reviews, but I am pretty pleased. Overall this game was a pleasure to play, but there were a couple of annoyances that I hope are resolved in a later release.

The main thing for me was the placement of the menu buttons (Hint, Game, Settings, etc.). The way they are now they partially obscure the outer top and bottom edges. Since you can zoom and rotate the board you could get around this by rotating the board. I still find them a bit distracting, though, so I hope that a small button will be added in a future update to show/hide the other buttons.

The only other comment I have is about the tiles themselves. The designs are beautiful, but I think they may mostly be too intricate for a screen as small as the iPod's or iPhone's. For those with good eyesight this should not affect gameplay, but I think it would be nice to see a couple simplified tile design options in future releases.

All that said the game does do what it is supposed to and provides a fun way to play Mahjong.

### 1/5 — Ripoff!

*2025-06-12*

Paid for ad free version and it says purchase receipt invalid and payment not processed even though apple processed the payment.

### 1/5 — Оплата

*2020-12-24, version 6.1.0*

Оплата прошла через систему Эппл, через какое то время сброс и предложение купить. Как то немного несерьёзно.

### 1/5 — A jeter !!!

*2020-11-18, version 6.1.0*

Obligation d’achat à mi-partie !
Nul … poubelle !!!

### 1/5 — Без денег...

*2019-12-14, version 6.1.0*

### 1/5 — No one to contact for support

*2019-04-07, version 6.1.0*

I had this game on my cloud, my daughter downloaded it onto her iPad and paid the 3.99 for the unlimited version but she is unable to use it. Once she starts playing it, it prompts you to buy a membership. I downloaded it on my iPad and the program does not work, I suspect it is because I have a older iPad. The program starts to load them it just closes.
The app says it is family sharing but that does not work. Would not recommend games from this company

### 1/5 — Will not let you finish one game unless you make a purchase. Not free!

*2018-06-12*

This is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. And that’s too bad, because it had potential. It was pretty, simple to use and well made. The deal-breaking problem is that you can’t even get half way through your first game before their pop up blocks your game requiring that you make a minimum $1.99 purchase to continue. This app is not free as they advertise and should be removed from that list. It’s trickery that I won’t fall for. I don’t mind paying for a game that I like, but trick me and you can kma.

### 1/5 — Wrong version

*2016-12-07*

This version does not have the in app purchases which let you buy for £2.29 but the log in with an unlock code that costs you $4.95 (£4.20). Unfortunately this code is only valid for the PC/Mac/Linux version, so you are stuck in a loop. This trial version of the game only lets you play for a couple of minutes before it jumps to the payment screen. You can either go for a refund or download the game on your PC/Mac directly from the Bakno website and redeem your code there. For the iPad version, so far no fix as far as I can tell.

### 2/5 — False listing!

*2020-04-16*

This version of the game is BEAUTIFUL! However, as another reviewer stated, it IS NOT FREE ! You cannot play even one game.

### 3/5 — Why does it start over????

*2020-08-09*

Graphics? Great. Difficulty? Great. Settings? Great. EXCEPT that if u go to the settings to change anything in the game there is a chance that going back, your tiles will be reset. I was 3/4 of the way done with an insane tiles set and I went to settings, went back and I had to start all over! Very annoying but it is the most beautiful mahjong game on the App Store

### 5/5 — A Hidden Treasure!!!!!

*2024-11-09*

Where has this game been hiding? It is soooooo beautiful!!!! The tiles are absolutely STUNNING and they give you a generous selection to choose from:) I LOVE the tiles that are wrapped in shiny metallic gold and silver! Sooo mesmerizing!!!! I appreciate the unique platform layout, with the tiles laying flat on the board with full rotation and movement. You can play the game for free but about halfway through it, they prompt you to purchase it. You can unlock it for a lifetime for $4.99. I didn’t even hesitate and purchased it immediately because it is that beautiful!! I also like the music, it’s quite catchy:) I am anxious to check out their other games, more hidden treasures to find!

### 5/5 — Full Camera Control!

*2019-12-15*

Amazing

### 5/5 — betty

*2011-01-23, version 4.1*

Très beau jeu !

### 4/5 — Beautiful & realistic tiles!

*2020-09-27*

This is the most beautiful mahjong app I’ve ever seen. The tiles look like you could reach into the screen and touch them. Having the game in 3D is great too. I’m not going to complain about having to pay for the full version because that’s what you have to do to get the full functionality. It either that or put up with ads. Developers have to make a living too. My one complaint with this app is that it has no shuffle function. If you run out of tile matches, your game is over. It’s very frustrating. Every other mahjong app allows you to shuffle the tiles. This app should as well.

### 4/5 — Маджонг

*2019-09-27, version 6.1.0*

Подсказки срабатывают. А вот возврат хода (проводя тремя пальцами по экрану) нет.

### 4/5 — Good, but

*2018-10-22*

This is the version of Mahjong that I have been looking for. I can lose a game, some versions just let you reshuffle the tiles, this one, you lost if no more moves are remaining

My only qualm is the battery life. I can play it fur 20 minutes and I will have lost 10% of my battery. If that could be lessened, I would give 5 stars.

### 4/5 — Beautifully crafted

*2010-02-12*

The tile detail and obvious care taken in the look of this Mahjong game is clear. I, like the previous reviewer agree that the menu system is a bit clumsy -- would love to see a different solution. I also would like a random tile selection option so that each game would randomly choose one of the amazing tile sets, making each game feel unique.
Otherwise great work.

### 4/5 — A nicely implemented version of mahjongg

*2010-01-15*

This is a very nice version of mahjongg. The tiles are incredibly detailed and look great even on the small screen. Moving the view around is very simple, using one finger to spin and rotate in 3D. Pinching and spreading allows you to zoom in for more detail or out to full view. All very simple to pick up quickly and enjoy. There is no soundtrack, which is actually a relief for a change, as it can be distracting. You can continue listening to your own music, though, which is great. What sound effects there are in the game are simple and authentic. You cannot customise the tables or create your own in this version, but that is not an issue in my view as the tables provided give plenty of challenges and are randomly allocated each game. Recommended for an enjoyable game to pass the time with plenty of replay value.

### 3/5 — Great, but frustrating bug

*2020-08-01*

First of all, this is a great game. Good graphics, the puzzles are difficult but not so hard they will frustrate you, and the pictures on the dominoes are really cool. The bug is, after you play for like, 5 minutes, it gives you this sight that shows you to buy the whole game. That would be fine if there was a X out button! But you can’t X out, and then you have to restart!! So frustrating, but if you could fix that bug this game would be great.
