At any time day or night are there really real people? Or do bots fill in? The app itself is fine. My one critique is that it prompts you for joker exchange and to declare mah jong. That is not very realistic but apart from that it is fine. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. To clarify, the vast majority of opponents in Ranked Match are real players; only during off‑peak hours, if matchmaking takes too long, the system may add a few bots to help you start a game faster, and those bots are clearly marked with a bot avatar. As for the joker exchange and Mahjong prompts, they are designed to help new players, but I will consider adding corresponding toggle buttons in Settings to meet the needs of advanced players for a more realistic experience. I like that it has practice modes & live play. The voices of the bots are easy to hear and sound very nice. The graphics are lovely and let me follow the game just like at a real table. I would LOVE to see a pause button on the games though because actual life does happen like doorbells, kids and mischievous kittens who need immediate help. In a real game at home players would understand if you stepped away for these things. **Developer response:** Thank you for the great suggestion! I hesitated for approximately 1-1/2 seconds, and the next thing I knew, the game had discarded one of my jokers without my telling it to! I was blown away. I pressed everything I could trying to get it back, but of course that was not possible. I have no idea what happened there, but I mean really? I’ve lost confidence in this app. **Developer response:** We're truly sorry this happened to you. Let me explain what occurred. You were playing in Ranked Match, where you're matched with real plyaers. To keep the game fair and avoid long waits for everyone, each turn has a 15‑second timer. If you don't make a move within those 15 seconds, the system automatically discards the most recent tile you drew . For longer thinking time, we highly recommend Practice Mode – there is no timer there, so you can take all the time you need. Thank you for sharing this frustrating experience. Your gameplay is limited to 4 hands per day and they added ads. As a result of this game competition has weakened. Please do one or the other.
