Please fix this glitch so I can use my mobile app.

Again, this app is not working with my iPhone XS version 13.3. 

Please fix ASAP.   So annoying it doesn’t work!!!

The app is not comparable with iPhone 11, as soon as I open it it closes back down. If the app works, it’s great. However, that’s not the case
