Then I subscribe to their recurring payment so I can join the weekly draw. When I processed it, it purchased another ticket with the same number (same-day draw) and immediately, I called the hotline. The lady said that I did it manually twice. Yes, I did but the 2nd one is for next week's draw which is the 11th of August. There’s no way to subscribe to the weekly draw without going thru the process of choosing the numbers and payment. Next time, hire someone who knows better english so they can explain on the app which date it will start. I sent an email to them but the same response and they never revert. To someone who’s reading my rant, please share what regulatory board I can escalate this.
