i like this app it’s pretty great it helps me learn how to box, and i love the AI coach that helps me out it really helps me out.

This app made it so easy for me to be able to just download and get straight into a boxing workout, it was very informational, but also simple to digest and use. I would 100% recommend this to anybody who is an athlete training for any sort of boxing or even high-level people who want to get in a really good workout very efficiently
