## What is MAICO@NFC?

MAICO@NFC – optimal indoor climate with maximum comfort thanks to NFC
With the new MAICO@NFC app for the ER fan from Maico, configuring your fan is child's play. The app enables quick and easy setup, even when the power is off before actual installation or while still in the sales packaging. You can customise the volume flows, time parameters and interval times. Choose between automatic and manual humidity control and configure the desired humidity values. A configuration lock prevents unauthorised users from making unwanted changes to the device configuration.
The parameters programmed on the fan are displayed when you press a button.
Support for filter replacement
The app shows when a filter replacement is necessary and allows you to set the filter replacement interval. It also offers a direct link to the filter shop, including a convenient filter subscription service. With a corresponding MAICO account, your personal configurations can be securely stored in the MAICO cloud so that you can access them at any time.
Specially designed for specialist tradespeople
The MAICO@NFC app is specially designed for professional tradespeople.
A configuration can be easily transferred to any number of fans. 
Configurations can also be shared with other app users. 
Configurations already stored in the app can be transferred when changing smartphones, provided the user has a MAICO account. 
It is important to strictly observe the parameters specified in the design. Further information can be found in the installation and operating instructions supplied with the ER cover. 
MAICO@NFC also provides the following information on the device status:

Efficient documentation – professional handover
All relevant data can be read out via NFC using the “Logs” menu item. The app saves the current configuration status and all device information precisely at the time of reading.
Whether directly on site or later in the office: a complete acceptance report can be created from the recorded data at any time. For a professional handover, this can be easily exported and saved as a PDF.
