I made a one-time purchase of $64.99 and have been using the app with only minor glitches. However, an update was released this morning, and following this update, I am unable to log in. It now requires a new registration with a subscription. I do not understand why this has occurred, as I have already made an upfront one-time payment. I request an immediate explanation. This situation appears to be incorrect, unethical, and morally problematic. ### 1/5 — Can’t get in *2024-10-21, version 1.0.4* There’s no option to create an account. Automatically goes to sign in, which I don’t have. What a rip off ### 1/5 — Straight to “Sign In”, even though I’ve never used this app. *2022-04-27* I will change my review once someone can tell me why (or help me fix it) when I first downloaded the app, it’s asking for my former user and password. Wth…never used this app before in my life so how can I be welcomed “back”…but for curiosity purposes of course I tried to recover my password by submitting my email…not a darn thing in my inbox from developers/app in regards to a password recovery/reset…what a joke. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2021-09-27, version 1.0.4* This app crashes every time I’m trying to put a quote in for cleaning. This makes my company look very unorganized. Please fix this. For $20 a month and the app is not working, you should refund your customers ### 1/5 — Can’t Sign In *2020-07-24, version 1.0.4* Just downloaded the app and upon opening it wants me to sign in, however, I don’t have an account to sign in and there’s not another option to choose. In the meantime you can use the Sq Ft selection to help adjust for the size of the kitchen and bathrooms and the Extra Time selection to adjust for the foyer, hallways, and stairs.
