Because this app is not at all compatible with the recent versions of iOS and is literally not usable.
You sign up as a new customer - input your details, and then immediately it crashes at the point of sending an OTP.

If you quit the app, try again - same.

If you go to existing customer - same 

They have no WhatsApp option on the website. 

Oh - maybe this app was paid for and released by Mai Dubai’s competitors. I think that is most likely - since now I am going to try to find a competitor who can deliver.

This app is so terrible it’s hilarious. Even something as simple as signing up is practically impossible. I deleted it immediately

This app payments wise looks like abandoned projects. It’s so not user friendly and complicated that even company it’s self is suggesting to use coupons rather than app. 

For example It’s not possible to purchase e.g. 10 or 20 bottles at once for delivery without buying 10 or 20 plastic bottles. User experience when you trying to purchase refill is to see it to believe it. If is rocket science to make this payment user friendly that may consider to user wallet as simplest solution if their IT don’t have capacity to came up with proper user friendly and practical solution.

Even deals offered such as you must buy minimum 5 packages to get delivered some items looks like they are focused on companies rather than individuals. 

I was not happy with previous provider but now with all this user experience I’m running back to them with no issues to pay more.
