Very disappointed ### 4/5 — Background contrast *2022-05-10, version 3.6.7* Whenever I open a pdf from an email it is bordered in white. The commands for “back” or anything in the banner of the screen are also white. It’s kind of like just peck the top left of the screen until find something. ### 3/5 — A bit of improvement *2022-01-08, version 3.6.7* It’s a great app but there are basic stuff I still cannot achieve on this app. - search: this is broken and cannot search by subject/to or all - search: when searching “from” all results are not found - search: by tag or keyword - shared mailbox: maybe a feature update if possible - out of office: it seems I can set it up until I exit the app. Then it returns to be switched off ### 4/5 — Still has bugs on iOS 14.7.1 *2021-08-18, version 3.6.7* 1) New bug: When I send e-mails (reply or original), I sometimes get a blank e-mail in my in-box at the same time: blank to: and blank subject. 2) Old bug: Sometimes when forwarding or replying to e-mails, the original message will be randomly truncated, deleting 1 or more lines of text. This is of particular concern because often, the reader can't tell there has been a deletion, and the deleted text is essential -- e.g., a date & time or a location. 3) Annoying bug: The "search" function will only allow searching by name; none of the other tabs respond when you try to select them. 4) Mystifying bug: The app can't locate, in any of the address books, e-mail groups you've created. ### 4/5 — Great app…but *2021-07-06, version 3.6.7* It’s terrific that this app is still around; however, it still needs some aesthetic updates to keep up with the current versions of iOS and Android. The layout is reminiscent of the earlier iPhones. On another note, I am not sure if I did something wrong, but my in-app calendar is not syncing with my iPhone’s calendar. ### 3/5 — Attachments *2021-06-01, version 3.6.7* It’s not possible to attach any file to mails. Unfortunately my company uses it so I have no choice. I get booted out every time I try to send a picture, searching old emails is impossible to get an actual result, can’t attach more than 1 file at a time, etc.., etc... If I could use my Apple Email or even outlook on my phone I’m be so much happier. Not sure why you can use Outlook on a computer but not on phone. ### 2/5 — Inconvenient errors *2020-09-23, version 3.6.7* Why has the lag issue never been fix? An email app that can’t keep up with texting is an issue. Please update ASAP. I have been using this app for years. It’s ok, but has many quirks that have never been worked out. Searching for email is excruciatingly painful, and will most often lead to the app freezing requiring the app to be restarted. There has also been a lag issue in the text when you type. You can type your message, but it doesn’t respond on the screen for about 3-5 seconds. Layout wise, it’s a great app. Functionality and usability is average to below average, but I also haven’t found better alternatives so I work with the chronic, long-standing issues. It may be worth mentioning that I have also deleted and re-downloaded the app with all the same issues. I’m not sure if the developers use this app, but I can’t imagine I’m the only one experiencing these issues. Free app, though. ### 4/5 — Perfect for Specific Users *2020-09-23, version 3.6.7* Great for _reading_ emails. Great for when your employer thinks Outlook app is still a security risk and blocks it despite MS’s complete overhaul of the app, it’s push methods, credential management and methods. As close as you will get to the now defunct OWA app. Perfect for when you want Times New Roman to be your default font. Extraordinary for when you want to have an app crash halfway through composing an email (ref:”Perfect for _reading_ emails.”) Best yet app for confusing the alert tone with a text or maybe a voicemail - oh you set the alert tone to “short double high... double low”... have fun with that. That is if you get a notification at all. TLDR: Absolutely the best read-only alternative to no app at all and having to use your iPhone’s browser to check email, in the most literal sense - I use it every.single.day, 4 stars because there is nowhere else to put them. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2020-09-04, version 3.6.7* I use for work and the app always closes on me randomly and when it actually works my emails won’t refresh and a error message appears on the screen. Windows itself won't detect my employer's weird setup!🙃 THIS will! However (and you really can't complain about this) but on my older devices it won't detect the settings anymore. They auto detected the connection problems from the app and -some time ago - exchanged emails, tried a few things that didn't work, and they offered to help further. I did not want to waste their time on an iPhone 4S, so declined.
