App simply will not open on two different models of iPhones that I have. A couple of time did manage to get it set up (after deleting app and reinstalling) but on both occasions after a period of about a month the app just closes and then when you try to open it just goes to load then closes. This time on trying to delete and reinstall has worked :-(. My email provider login doesn’t even like iPhone safari. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-01-22* Email provider gat I have had email work for over 20 years uses this company so have no option but to use this app as apple mail no longer supported by this company. Heavily unresponsive when using, freezing etc or emails not loading. On average have to restart app three times for an email to load and be able to scroll through. Not great for app phone usage. ### 1/5 — Not worth free *2022-09-07* This email provider doesn’t believe in customer service. Emails do not come through and they provide no support or normal features. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — M2W not online anywhere *2022-01-13, version 5.4* As of January 12th 2022, all M2W connectivity appears to have left the internet. Is M2W still in existence? Is there a problem? I haven’t been able to access M2W through app or browser for two days. Bit of a worry. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-01-12, version 5.4* App and webpage have both stopped working and now I can’t access my emails at all! Useless!!! ### 1/5 — Crashed on IPhone 11 *2021-01-12* This apps continuously crashed on my IPhone 11 **Developer response:** Please accept our sincere apologies for the issue you encounter. Indeed, we got some complains from users about app crashes caused by specific characters in sender's name. Our team is already working on the fix -- the update will be available some time next week. ### 2/5 — New layout has issues *2020-10-26* The old layout was user friendly. This new layout is a pain - lack of actions you can take while viewing a message makes it frustrating. For instance, no option to move to the next message (unless you take action like deleting). Also how can we sort by sender? Not seeing that anywhere. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. You can use swipe gesture (right-left) on Message View screen to open Previous or Next email. The app even has a specific Setting for this feature. As for layout, it was not changed for years. Beware if you want to download and use this email account! Post review note -App updated on advice from developer and now works on iPhone. Good response from developer.. ### 3/5 — Imap issues *2019-02-19* Can't seem to get Xfinity mail to sign in correctly..adds account but freezes until I reset app and doesn't load any mail. No real threaded conversation view, Crashes when attempting to activate Touch ID lock - which in most apps just turns on Face ID, Slight jitters when scrolling, No Dark Theme....xs max. Will raise rating if fixed. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Helps my automation *2025-04-23* I was looking for a unique email address with options of different sound alerts when a specific email arrived. Thank you for making my wish come true. The app was easy to set up & worked immediately. I use it to alert me when MySpool app (for regular mail) sends me a message that my mailman delivered me mail. ### 5/5 — Great for marketing people!! *2018-04-04* I have to have different Google and Gmail accounts for each of my clients so I end up with 8 to 10 email accounts to keep an eye on at all times, kind of a pain. I use this app to combine them into one inbox. So much easier!!!! Thank you!
