About
Bring work, personal and subscription email together. MailHub connects to your existing accounts with a unified inbox, conversation view, message composer and attachments.
YOUR ACCOUNTS, IN ONE PLACE
Connect QQ Mail, 163 Mail, personal Outlook / Hotmail or compatible IMAP/SMTP accounts. Browse all inboxes together or focus on an individual account and folder.
READ AND REPLY
Follow conversations, reply to everyone or forward a message. Insert photos into your email or add file attachments. Keep drafts on your device and return to them later.
READ CACHED MAIL OFFLINE
Open downloaded message bodies and attachments, and search locally synchronized mail. MailHub checks for new messages while in the foreground and supports pull to refresh.
DIRECT PROVIDER CONNECTIONS
Credentials are kept in system secure storage; mail is cached on your device. MailHub does not relay or store your messages on its own mail servers.
ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Providers such as QQ and 163 require IMAP/SMTP to be enabled and a client authorization code. An illustrated setup guide is available in the app. Personal Outlook / Hotmail accounts authorize through Microsoft and connect directly to Microsoft Graph on the device. IMAP/SMTP and mail forwarding are not required. Gmail access is limited to approved accounts and is not yet available to all users. Background checks and notifications depend on the operating system, network and permissions; immediate delivery is not guaranteed.
PRIVACY NOTES
External mail images load automatically by default. You can disable this in reading settings; loading may reveal your IP address to the image source. Local mail caches do not yet have application-level database encryption. Protect access to your device.
