Unfortunately, the instructions are nonexistent. I have tried on multiple occasions to open the window to print mailing labels Avery 8160 and there is no way I can find to do it. Unfortunately, their customer service and support is somewhat less than lackluster.. Some instructions would be most helpful. ### 3/5 — Love? *2025-12-23, version 3.4.1* I have created a few labels in a delete feature so far and absolutely loved what I did because it works so well with Avery labels. BUT…. After creating a few labels, I wanted to delete one so that my screen was not so full of various labels that I didn’t use. But there is no way to delete a label! Once you start a project box for a label there is no way in the app to delete it. It is permanently there. This is a major design flaw! I don’t want to have to sort through labels I’ve created and no longer use because theoretically you could have hundreds of labels that you no longer need just to find the one or two that you commonly use. PLEASE update this app with a delete feature and I will change my review to five stars. ### 3/5 — JustaMama&MiMi *2025-03-07, version 3.3* I just downloaded and paid for the $6.99 upgrade without watermark, Today. I was able to print a couple sheets of labels all the same label. Then, because there is no other way, and I never heard back from support, which by the way, the only way to contact is through email, I started doing them one at a time because I have multiple different addresses for invitations. I was able to print 9. Only 9, before the app stopped working for me. I STILL have not heard back from support. At first, I thought this would be okay, but the longer it doesn’t work, and the longer I get no reply, I’m beginning to think otherwise. Has anyone else had these issues? I was hoping that maybe it just might be down momentarily or something but it’s been Hours now 😭 Please Help? ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2024-03-02, version 3.1* I paid for this app and it does not print correctly. Sometimes it works great, others it’s completely out of alignment. But, without the $5.99 payment the labels print with blue line across the middle of the copy they sates “Free Version Watermark.” The app is well worth the fee. After wrestling with fonts and sizing and going through two videos I ended up wating a sheet of labels to have the water mark appear in every one. I needed an app that would allow me to print out labels for my organization use. Different names on a sheet of labels. With this app you have to print one name at a time. But can’t delete an unwanted label ? *2023-02-08, version 3.1* This is a good label program. For the price, I think it’s great. Easy to use. Has most everything that I need. My only problem is that I can’t seem to delete an unwanted label. I can delete the text, but not the label. Can’t even replace it with another size or type of label. Once a label is chosen, that’s it. If it’s not the one I want and I choose a different one, the first one is still saved. So, I’ve ended up with a huge inventory that I cannot edit. Other than this, the app fits what I need just fine. I do think it is well worth the money. ### 1/5 — PDF export doesn’t work *2023-01-27, version 3.1* The interface is great and simple. Font choices and text editing are capable enough to feel like I can lay stuff out how I want. And the app offers for you to print the labels directly to a connected printer or email a PDF file of the entire sheet of labels you’ve created, however, the pdf is just a blank white PDF.
