First they don’t explain all that you have to do until after you have sent emails, which is stupid and will ruin the opportunity to track an important email. Then, it is entirely inaccurate. I sent test emails to my other accounts and it notified me instantly that those emails were read when they were never opened and I never even touched my email. My friend had me sent her test emails and it tracked accurately when she opened hers but never tracked subsequent opens or forwards or anything.
