## What is Mailweaver?

Every email you have ever had, from every account, on your iPhone and organised the way you remember it: by person, by what it is, and by moment.

Your mail provider's search is built for last week. Mailweaver downloads your whole archive once (every account, folder and year, with every attachment) and keeps it on your phone, where it is fast, findable and yours.

Everyone, as one conversation
Every person you have written to becomes a chat: every email between you, in order, with their files and their photo from your Contacts. A You two card shows your history at a glance, and Reconnect brings back people you have drifted from.

Your mail, sorted for you
Ways to organize sorts mail from companies by what it is: orders, bills, travel, subscriptions, deliveries and returns. Trips gather flights and hotels into journeys. Kits collect what you need at tax time or when you move. Every PDF a company ever sent you sits in one list.

Every file, in one library
Attachments come out of their emails into a library you can browse. Filter by PDFs, images, documents or spreadsheets, sort by newest or largest, and open any file full screen.

Search that finds what you meant
Search every account at once. Best matches come first, suggestions appear as you type, and shortcuts take you straight to a trip, a company or a collection.

Collections of your own
Pick emails yourself and keep them together: a job, a house, a claim. A collection can keep adding new mail on its own.

Memories
Today in your mail, On this day, and Rewind: your archive as a swipeable story, with a Year in review.

Private by design
There is no Mailweaver server. Your mail goes from your provider to your iPhone and stays there: no account to create, no analytics, no tracking. Mailweaver only reads. It never sends, deletes or changes anything in your email account. Lock it with Face ID.

Works with
Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Fastmail and other IMAP accounts. Add as many as you like; they are searched together.

Built for big mailboxes
Tested against an archive of two million emails. The first download takes a while on a large mailbox, hours or a night, and Gmail allows 2,500 MB of downloads a day, so a big Gmail account can take a few days. Mailweaver shows where it is, keeps going while you use other apps, and picks up where it stopped. After that, only new mail arrives.

One purchase
No subscription, no ads, no upgrade tier.
