Doesn’t load appointments properly, if the load at all. It’s very slow and glitchy. My therapists constantly have to send me links so I can have my telehealth sessions due to the fact that the app doesn’t even load sessions at all. Before my therapy session I set the sound/mic to go through my Bluetooth headphones, but when the session started the sound for this PRIVATE session was blasting out of my phone speaker with no option to change the audio output. Only option is to reload the session, but after this there was a loud echo of everything I said on a half-second delay. Impossible to think with this dumb app parroting everything I say into my ear a half second later. I'm an IT guy, I fiddle with settings to get programs working all the time. I know crap when I see it and this app reeks to high heaven. Even worse, this medical app isn't compatible with password managers, which encourages the use of weak human-memorable passwords. It's insecure, it's buggy, and nobody would use it if there were any other option. I want to look at my account. "Did I type the phone wrong? "But you can't enter the account settings. It automatically asks you to get the code again. The code does not come? Why is there an account settings section if I can't fix my number or account? Why is it automatically redirected to the security setting?
