It is difficult with your system. It is failing me 100% thank you for your sincerity. Guess what banking apps do not work when they’re supposed to. It’s supposed to make things a little easier, but it makes it more difficult especially this one very low end every little thing about it it very difficult to use with you low end service thank highly appreciated someone that really doesn’t like Massachusetts what ever people that stand the reason that they’re very educated and or not **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, the app does not compare well to other banking apps. For example, the default keyboard rather than the numeric keypad loads when entering the numeric passcode for 2FA. Small programming errors suggest that there was limited user testing during development. Also, facial recognition is not working under IOS 18.6.2 (facial recognition was previously working and works with all other authorized apps). In addition, the operational implementation is still kludgey in spots. For example, customers are required to manually write "For mobile deposit only at Main Street Bank" on each check to deposit. Mobile banking should be faster and simpler than an ATM deposit or dropping a check in the mail. Given that mobile banking emerged in ~2009 and MSB issued a major upgrade in 2023, the MSB mobile app should perform better than fair. Also, it is worth noting, that Zelle users are required to use the MSB mobile app for transactions and heavy Z' users should evaluate the Zelle menus and functionality before associating their Zelle account with MSB (e.g., a second 2FA is needed). **Developer response:** Hello David, thank you for sharing your mobile app experience with us. Wow, this makes life soooo EASY 😁😎 ### 5/5 — Best Banking App *2024-12-31, version 24.8.0.1* Best banking app available! ### 1/5 — Insufficient notifications *2024-10-06* I have my acct set up to notify when there is any transaction including debit card. This new system only says there was a transaction, not how much it is for or what it is as the previous system used to. I have to login each time to see the transaction. Touch ID does not work although it works fine with other apps which means I have to type my login info in each time to check. Time sucker.
