Very simplistic and will quickly becoming boring for my TBI adult clients. Please add higher complexity by adding in filler sentence length comprehension and paragraph/short stories. The description of this app is poor and didn't describe what levels it addresses.  The app focuses on 1-3 step simple directions with one temporal component and optional background noise. We should be able to chose different levels and let them be presented "randomly." If that function is  there  I couldn't find it. Definitely not worth $14.99 for such simplicity. If you really want to simulate "Main Street" add options to include general greetings and request real store items.  Such as  "Please get me a jar of chicken noodle soup" .  It's not realistic to ask for "a blue, a white and a yellow bead!"

I am a speech pathologist who works with children and adults in outpatient. I was interested in finding another app to use for following directions as well as memory which I find works hand in hand. I find that this app has not provided the levels of challenge that I was expecting and I've rarely used it. It's unfortunate. I love the themes and that it could have been a more functional working memory task. Hopefully, some updates could be added to increase the levels of recall expected for more variety.
