Drei Häuser der pd Mediengruppe Pressedruck in Augsburg, Würzburg und Konstanz, entwickeln gemeinsam mit Zetes Austria GmbH eine Zustell App. Diese App digitalisiert und vereint in nur einer Anwendung das komplette daily business unter Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen und datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben. Hier eine Auswahl an Funktionen: Auftragsvergabe, Reklamationsbearbeitung, Arbeitszeiterfassung, Meldung der Ankunft der Produkte an den Ablagestellen, Geofencing, Meldung von Zustellverzögerungen, Bearbeitung von Urlaubsanträgen und vieles mehr. Alle Funktionen wurden unter Beteiligung der Zustellerkolleg:innen entwickelt und getestet. Dabei arbeiten die Entwicklerteams standortübergreifend und nutzen Synergieeffekte, um die jeweiligen individuellen Prozesse zu optimieren und anzugleichen.
