Macht das Leben wirklich leichter (Tickets übersichtlich haben, weiterleiten, Zugticket, offline verfügbar …) ### 4/5 — Navigation *2025-06-13* Ich nutze die App häufig und bin soweit sehr zufrieden. Nur eines stört mich ein wenig in der Navigation. Ich nutze häufig Eintracht TV und muss mich hierfür zuerst durch die Navigation klicken. Erster Klick auf Menü-Button der Startseite, zweiter Klick auf „Eintracht“ und dritter Klick auf „Eintracht TV“, wobei ich hier gleich zwei Optionen habe, den großen roten Button in der Mitte und den kleinen in der grauen Leiste unten. Wie wäre es denn, wenn die graue Leiste unten bereits auf der Startseite erscheinen würde (oder eine andere Lösung). Dann wäre man mit einem Klick bei Eintracht-TV, auch „Aktuelles“ und „Spielplan“ wären ohne Umwege zu erreichen. ### 5/5 — SGE *2025-05-23* Sehr gute und einfach zu bedienende App mit immer aktuellen Informationen. Etwas unübersichtlich war die Nutzung von Eintracht-TV mit der App, aber das Problem wurde durch die neue TV- App sehr gut gelöst. ### 5/5 — Nahezu perfekte App *2024-12-05* Die App ist super gestaltet und wird permanent weiterentwickelt. Das Kaufen und Verkaufen von Tickets ist perfekt organisiert. Kleine Verbesserungen gibt es hier und da. Bei der Auswahl der Tickets zum Beispiel setzt sich die Rubrik immer zurück. Hier wäre es toll, wenn individuell eine oder mehrere Rubriken als feste Filter gesetzt werden könnten. Der Fanartikel Bereich ist zudem recht unübersichtlich. Eine Suchfunktion und ein Makeover würde dem gut tun. Alles in allem jedoch ein Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Eine Top App! Das Ticketing, die Ticketverwaltung mit Offline-Modus, die News in Schrift und Bild: Alles läuft inzwischen rund und ohne Fehlermeldungen.
