The only thing I can’t seem to find is the ability to search transactions by the name of the business or vendor. Otherwise I would give it five stars ### 4/5 — Great app for your banking needs *2021-05-23* I have always love using this app it is very user-friendly and a great tool if you’re on the go no complaints really until recently I got a credit card through Maine savings and it shows on the app but I can’t click on it to view purchases all it says is transaction history is not available for this account on mobile banking.......... evidently it’s not available on the website either kinda odd so for this I deducted a star ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t even take responsibility *2026-05-19* They has system maintenance and also card system was down and after that some charges came through even though my account was 0. They said as long as the card wasn’t restricted it could do that. Like seriously it was your mistake and now my account is in the negative. Deflecting blame and then turning tables on their customers. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this credit union *2023-12-01* Unbelievably lazy and incapable of performing simple tasks. It took me over four years to finally get answers on my closed account and I ended up with a huge blemish on my credit. I closed it in person but whichever teller I spoke with was too stupid to actually close it and 3 months after I had left the state an old subscription charged it one time. My credit dropped 200 points because of $50 and a braindead teller. Then when I called about it they said they couldn’t do anything. I have called many a time over the years and the response is always different. Finally. Finally after years I got an “answer” and even with that it was “Well why didn’t you call earlier?” I DID! Never use this credit union, it is trash and if I never used it I’d be in a home right now. Please put your money elsewhere ### 1/5 — Old app was better *2022-08-14, version 4002.0.3* Not a fan of the new app, old one was more friendly to use ### 1/5 — Bad interface *2021-08-28* I hate the way this interface looks now. ### 1/5 — Won’t Respond *2021-07-29, version 3018.0.4* I had this app and an account here for two years while I lived on the east coast. The app was garbage, but it did the bare min so I dealt with it. My mistake. I stayed with it until I moved. I then walked into the bank and closed my account, cancelled everything, informed the bank I would be moving a great distance so I would no longer use their card/company. I thought everything was fine until a few years later I looked at my credit report and it dipped about 200 points because of a “late payment” to Maine Savings that happened after my account was closed. I asked about paying it even though the charge should never have been present and they can’t even pull up the charge, they can’t see it, but yet they won’t wipe it and will keep the negative stain that shouldn’t exist until the full 7 years have passed for it to be erased from my credit history. I guess I have to wait another few years before I make any home purchase as this is the only blemish on my credit, but is enough to keep it still about 150 points below where it should be. After many emails/calls. I have gotten no response to any email and only “uhhhh ummmm i don’t knows?” On the calls. Definitely a mistake using them and if I’m ever back on the east coast I never will use them again. ### 1/5 — Update is HORRIBLE *2021-07-22* I’ve been using this app for years and have loved it. Yesterday it wouldn’t let me login without updating the app. Since then the only way I can log into the app is if i completely restart my phone and transfers of money to different accounts aren’t going through. Not a good update at all.. ### 1/5 — Last update broke it. *2018-01-21* Great app been using it for years this last update seems to be broken. Every time I go to log in it comes up with error message about configuring url with MFM middleware. ### 1/5 — Apple Pay not available *2015-09-10* App updated automatically to 3.10.213 and Apple Pay is not shown as an option on my iPhone 6. ### 2/5 — Took away the snapshot feature *2021-11-26* I was loving the improvements to their app but they took away the snapshot feature and the passcode log in feature..both features made it really easy to log in. I might as well go on the website now ### 2/5 — Not an improvement *2021-07-27* Why is it every time somebody “improves “ an app it just gets more complicated and harder to use. Just spent 20 minutes trying to log into my account and now have to remember 15 characters instead of 8. ( was happy with 6.) so it has to be something easy to remember, which is easy to hack, or I have to write it down somewhere which is easier to find and use. Great idea. How about making it easier for those who don’t spend their whole life on some computer?
