I’m forced to change passwords because they insist I do because they want to update and make the app worse. I’m asked to confirm my account every other time I try to sign in. Literally every update makes me want to change banks. So many hoops to jump through just to see my account info. The only drawback is you are no longer allowed to walk in without an appointment to speak to a loan officer. Everything has to be by appointment and that is very inconvenient. Ive had home, car and personal loans with them over the years. The process for those has always been efficient and easy. My credit card with them has an ultra low rate which can’t be beat anywhere. The no ATM fees is a plus as well and I can usually find a CU ATM. I have CD’s there as well with a good rate.
