Bis dahin hat die App gut funktioniert. Habe die App dann noch mal komplett neu installiert, dann funktionierte wieder alles. Dadurch hatte ich mir die App von Octopus installiert. Sono mostrate tutte le informazioni delle stazioni in maniera semplice ed intuitiva rispetto ad altre app. È possibile fare il “refresh” della pagina in tempo reale senza uscire e rientrare tutte le volte. Dadurch kann man besser abschätzen, wann er wohl wieder frei wird. Die kleine Investitionen für eine RFID Karte lohnt sich sehr, denn dadurch ist das Handling an der Säule deutlich einfacher. außerdem gibt es sehr viele Anbieter, die nur eine Karte akzeptieren. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihre erfreuliche Bewertung. Best regards, Your MAINGAU team ### 5/5 — Geht nicht *2023-10-24* Leider hat sich in diesem Jahr was verändert Sodas die App nur noch Müll ist, egal wo ich es probiere, entweder steht da: diese App unterstützt diese Ladestation nicht oder Fehler nochmals probieren ( ohne das sich da was ändert) schade eigentlich… letztlich ging sogar die Karte nicht aber mit der App und den Fehler hat sie zwar geladen, aber ich musste in der Autoapp den ladevorgang beenden damit er mein Kabel wieder losgelassen hat… und auf der App ist natürlich nichts zu sehe ob und wieviel geladen wurde… Schade … **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Deine Bewertung. We are doing our best to keep improving our app. Best regards, your MAINGAU team ### 4/5 — War mal top … *2023-07-28* Die App war eigentlich immer klasse und die Maingau-Preise liegen immer im unteren Bereich der Anbieter. Aber seit den letzten Versions-Updates häufen sich leider die Fehler der App. Vielleicht verbessert sich etwas auf diesem Weg. Dann auch gerne wieder volle Sternezahl. 1) In der App werden sehr häufig Säulen als frei angezeigt, die sich aber als (seit längerem) mit aktivem Ladevorgang belegt herausstellen. Als ich das noch nicht bemerkt hatte, bin ich mehrmals munter unnötig durch die Gegend gefahren. Jetzt schaue ich in anderen Apps erst den Säulenstatus an (die Konkurrenz ist deutlich zuverlässiger) und nutze dann zum Laden Maingau. 2) Seit gut zwei Monaten liefert die App bei jedem Start eines Ladevorgangs eine Fehlermeldung „kann nicht mit der Säule kommunizieren“. Dann versucht die App es immer wieder - immer mit der selben Meldung ( die man auch kaum wegblicken kann, da sie zu schnell wieder aufpoppt). Aber: tatsächlich wurde der Ladevorgang bereits beim ersten Klick normal gestartet, Auto lädt - trotz der Fehlermeldungen. Drei E-Auto-Bekannte bestätigen dieses nervige Verhalten der App. Vieles wurde in den letzten Updates ergänzt: Kartengrundlage, Fotos der Säulenstandorte etc. - vielleicht zuviel? Und auf die Bugs wurde dabei zu wenig geachtet? Der Maingau Kundenservice ist recht anstrengend, man wird von den Call Center Agents kontinuierlich geduzt (selbst wenn ich sieze und damit eigentlich die Kommunikationssituation klar mache) und am Ende sind die Antworten nur bedingt hilfreich. Zur App können sie gar nichts sagen. Trotzdem werde ich Maingau weiterhin nutzen. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Deine Bewertung. You are stuck at the station. Such problems make the overall experience not positive at all. edit: added 2 stars for customer support — the easiest solution is to purchase (alas) a physical charging card through the Maingau online shop. **Developer response:** Thank you for your positive review! Leider sind die Geo Daten von Ladesäulen nicht immer zutreffend ( zB Berlin Marchstr oder Berlin 17. Juni ) auch lässtig dass man zu privaten Säulen geführt wird ( diese sollte man pro former rausnehmen) 10 Cent für jede weitere Minute ab 120 Minuten ist auch nicht grade der bringer um sich 5 Sterne für die App zu holen **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.
