## What is Mainstreet CU Mobile Banking?

By downloading the Mainstreet Credit Union mobile app, you consent to the installation of the app and any future updates or upgrades. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting or uninstalling the app from your device.


When you install the app it will ask for permission to access the following functions of your device:

Location services – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM.
Camera – allows the app to use your devices camera to take a picture of a cheque.
Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

Since I set up my accounts at Main Street credit Union, I’ve tried to use the app to pay bills or send e-transfers. The problem is that my personal and business accounts are separated, and I have to log into the app separately just to send money rather than simply login once and choose the account I wanted to come from, not to mention having to hold three different bank cards. Not very efficient in my eyes.

App is slow and unreliable. Consistently will not let me in my account and need to reset password. Time to say goodby to this bank and move all my money out. Not that good when it takes 15 minutes to access your account. Mine is on facial recognition and still doesn’t work. Big waste of time.

I love Mainstreet except for the no Visa Debit. I had to open another account at another bank just to have a visa debit card. I hope they get it

First I would like to say that having a banking app is a requirement for me and I like being able to have one. I would like to see this app function similar to other banking apps. There could be improvements for ease of use, functionality ie. show trends and a better overall interface. Having icons on the side of the app instead of being dispersed throughout the middle of the screen would be an improvement. I would also like the ability that when I log into the app it automatically uses face recognition and not require me to log in and then scan my face. Finally I would like to be able to see my accounts on the side of the app and not have to choose account to get to an account screen from the Home Screen .
