I would like to see this app function similar to other banking apps. There could be improvements for ease of use, functionality ie. show trends and a better overall interface. Having icons on the side of the app instead of being dispersed throughout the middle of the screen would be an improvement. I would also like the ability that when I log into the app it automatically uses face recognition and not require me to log in and then scan my face. I love my credit union though so I feel bad about saying that, my biggest complaint with the app is that if I’ve run into some problem with my online banking and it directs me to call the dedicated number for after hours assistances, the customer concern resolution agent tells without fail (5 different occasions so far) that he’s not able to assist me with my matter and I will need to call back during regular business hours. This is extremely frustrating. Otherwise, in summary, online services are average, business hours branch telebanking has amazing customer service but after hours needs major reconsiderations ### 4/5 — Worst app ever ! *2020-05-09, version 15.0.28* Can’t review history of transactions. Consistently will not let me in my account and need to reset password. Time to say goodby to this bank and move all my money out. Not that good when it takes 15 minutes to access your account. The problem is that my personal and business accounts are separated, and I have to log into the app separately just to send money rather than simply login once and choose the account I wanted to come from, not to mention having to hold three different bank cards. Not very efficient in my eyes. ### 2/5 — Great Except For *2022-01-23, version 16.1.01* I use the app exclusively. I rely on it. It works great once I am in. Unfortunately no matter how many times I “allow” facial recognition to unlock it it won’t work. It used to but won’t now. ### 2/5 — Poor upgrade *2021-12-25, version 15.2.42* I used to be able to seamlessly transfer between business and personal. Now I need to go to my computer.
