It’s just amazing, it gave me all the tools I needed, from creating and organizing work order and part inventory, also communication with staff and managers. Complete waste of my time and customer service is not helpful whatsoever. They can’t even tell me what happened . As far as they can see I never enetered anything apparently. Worst regret was downloading this app. I removed it right away after I got an unsolicited phone call from someone representing this company. I did not ask to be called. Battery health was on 100% capacity 3 months ago when I started. It’s now on 94%. That’s a percentage every 2 weeks. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2026-03-30, version 5.18* The checklist is constantly needing to be reloaded. Exits out on its own and needs to be re filled out by operator. Not user friendly. Makes doing a daily inspection take 3 times as long as it used too, but my company chose this so we are stuck. Do better. ### 1/5 — Over complicated and annoying to use UI. *2026-03-26, version 5.17* You have way too many unnecessary steps for creating and closing tickets and no way for a customer to submit tickets to you. Only half the features are useful. Following the flow of work orders and uploading of pictures/ entering work completed should not be so damn difficult. Customer service start harassing you with emails within an hour of signing up. When you Cancel your account you have to be VERY specific with your wording. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! ### 1/5 — Absolute Garbage *2025-07-21, version 4.79* Ever since we switched to this app to keep track of load tickets and work orders, the time it takes us to do digital paperwork has tripled. Not to mention the terrible camera system it has where I have to wait an eternity between every picture, the lack of a picture counter and after spending more time than I should to take the minimum required pictures, they are prone to glitching out of existence at any moment ### 1/5 — Useless "Downdate" *2025-01-07, version 4.54* Just made changes to say they did. What happened to the "Next" and "Done" buttons? What happened to the arrow that lets you exit a field?
