Unfortunately the app has all the right intentions however it is clunky, inefficient and difficult to use. Ive found regular instances where there are bugs within. The app randomly crashes I cant view chats and its difficult to see attachments if they even open.

As a landlord, I own 2 properties. One property manager uses this, one doesn’t. I’m thinking of changing property managers because everything is so difficult using this app. I approve things and they don’t get them.

This app is so frustrating to navigate and it keeps crashing. Also having to constantly check the app to see if anything’s even being done. I personally preferred emailing or phone call as oppose to this app , at least that way I know what’s going on and don’t have last minute messages saying when things will be done.

I’ve seen high schoolers make a better app over a weekend challenge. Buggy, can barely read anything from, counter intuitive, menus don’t work. Nightmarish. Contrasting fonts and backgrounds properly would be a nice start.

Changing your password online requires you to uninstall and reinstall the app. 

Forcing a refresh isn’t that straightforward - the info displayed on my phone app was out of sync with the same app on my iPad.

Not the best layout…. Navigate right back to properties to then drill down.

When I click on my property then navigate through to a quote for a job the app automatically closes - must be a bug somewhere that needs to be fixed.
