## What is Maintis?

Maintis is the mobile companion to the Maintis maintenance platform for property, hotel and facilities teams. Report problems, decide what gets fixed and close jobs out from wherever the work is.

FOR THE OFFICE
  • See every issue waiting for review at your site and approve or decline it in one tap
  • Approve now: create a job straight away when you already know it needs doing
  • Assign jobs to a technician, staff member or manager, or leave them unassigned
  • See all open jobs at the site, grouped by when they are due
  • Switch between the sites you manage

FOR TECHNICIANS
  • Your assigned jobs, grouped into today, this week and later
  • Start a job, then complete it with the outcome, a note and photos
  • Report anything else you spot while you are there

FOR TENANTS, OWNERS AND AGENTS
  • Report a problem with a description and photos
  • Follow your reports from awaiting review to fixed
  • Owners and managing agents see the work at their properties

BUILT FOR THE REAL WORLD
  • Reports made without a connection are saved on the phone and sent automatically when you are back online
  • Optional notifications when a job is assigned to you or your report changes
  • Dates and times follow your company's time zone

Maintis accounts are created by your organisation. Ask your administrator for an invitation, or start a company account at maintis.co.
