Support never answers emails. ### 1/5 — TOTALLY USELESS *2025-11-11, version 1.6.1* This could be the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. It never works properly. You can’t book seats and very often it’s just plain does not work. Whoever develops this and looks after it should be fired immediately for being totally incompetent. (It’s now one year later 2025 and STILL it’s totally useless. And when they go bust here in KH they will blame it on anyone or anything apart from themselves, it happens every single time here, useless management kill companies and nobody sees it. ) ### 1/5 — TOTALLY USELESS *2025-06-18, version 1.5.9* This could be the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. The payments and booking part of the app is regularly down and doesn’t work. Can seldom manage to find out movie timetables, but that is IT! No one ever picks up the phone too. Must have called 100 times over a few years. Using the search LOCATIONS brought up FOUR cinemas!!! Useless!!! ### 1/5 — Payment system problem *2019-03-29* The tickets are ordered via this app with full paid, but can not get the tickets at the theater.
