App will not load constant JSON errors.   Support never answers emails.

This could be the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. It never works properly. You can’t book seats and very often it’s just plain does not work. Whoever develops this and looks after it should be fired immediately for being totally incompetent. 
(It’s now one year later 2025 and STILL it’s totally useless. And when they go bust here in KH they will blame it on anyone or anything apart from themselves, it happens every single time here, useless management kill companies and nobody sees it. )

What a waste of time and money for the developers of this app. 
Since it’s launch, I think I was able to purchase tickets maybe twice. The payments and booking part of the app is regularly down and doesn’t work. 
Can seldom manage to find out movie timetables, but that is IT! 

No one ever picks up the phone too. Must have called 100 times over a few years. And never got through to a human being.

I downloaded the App to make it easier for me to find Major Cineplex sires across Bangkok.  Using the search LOCATIONS brought up FOUR cinemas!!! Useless!!!
