Great app - much needed

Productive Screen Time Made Easy

This is so cool! We generally try to limit screen time with our young kids, but it’s nice to have this tool to make that limited screen time more productive. The “Channels” feature is a game changer - tailoring content to address whatever issues my kids are currently struggling with (e.g. sharing, kindness) is so helpful.

Maka Kids is a gem!

I’m in the technology sector and spend a lot of professional time thinking about and working with algorithms. I know what the internet is serving out kids and it is not pretty.

Maka Kids bypasses all of the mindless junk online and curates a true “best of” selection of top children’s television.

What really sets it apart is the intentional focus on kindness, empathy, and emotional intelligence. My kids are completely engaged, and I love knowing that every single minute of screen time is reinforcing positive social skills.

Maka Kids has officially transformed our daily routine. We still limit screen time, but we more flexibility with screen-time because we know Maka is keeping the kids happy, safe and learning.
