Makani is developed by Service Contractors, FOR Service Contractors. It is simple to use, with concise features built to compliment your work as a contractor. Makani is built to make the 'paperwork' side of your business; Efficient, Accurate, and as simple as possible.  Makani is engineered to support the end-goals of every Service Ticket; A satisfied customer, organized records of all that it took to do the job (labor, parts, travel, etc..), and the ability to accurately and quickly invoice the customer for the work performed. 

As service contractors ourselves, we understand that providing top-notch technical skills is vitally important. But what often impedes our growth, our efficiency, and our positive cash flow can be PAPERWORK. Keeping track of service tickets, receipts for parts purchased, closing out open Work Orders that didn't get billed out...these are just a few examples of PAPERWORK that Makani software will improve for you.
