## What is MakbuzTekMobil?

MakbuzTek Türkiye Barolar Birliği tarafından Avukatlar için özel olarak hazırlanmış bir Elektronik Serbest Meslek Makbuzu düzenleme programıdır.

MakbuzTek,509 sıra nolu VUK Genel Tebliği uyarınca zorunlu hale getirilen elektronik serbest meslek makbuzunun Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı tarafından belirlenen standartlara uygun olarak elektronik ortamda oluşturulması, muhafazası, ibrazı ve raporlanması amacıyla oluşturulmuştur. Avukatlar için halen ihtiyari olarak uygulanan elektronik serbest makbuzu uygulamasının 01.06.2020 itibariyle zorunlu olmasına karar verilmiştir.

MakbuzTek ile serbest meslek makbuzu doğrudan dijital ortamda hazırlanabilmektedir.
Buna bağlı olarak makbuza ilişkin Stopaj, KDV gibi hesaplamalar da Avukatın sisteme girdiği parametrelere uygun olarak otomatik olarak hesaplanmaktadır.

Daha önce kendileri için serbest meslek makbuzu düzenlenmiş gerçek ya da tüzel kişilerin
bilgileri kaydedilerek daha sonra düzenlenecek serbest meslek makbuzlarında kullanılabilmektedir.

MakbuzTek Çağrı Merkezi ile konusunda uzman personellerle kullanım ve teknik destek
sağlanmaktadır.

Makbuz düzenlenen gerçek ya da tüzel kişilere SMS ve E-Posta ile bilgilendirme yapılabilmektedir.

MakbuzTeK tamamen bulut tabanlı çalışıp,internet erişimi olan tüm cihazlarda iş akışı
yönetilebilmektedir. Herhangi bir sunucu veya bilgisayar gibi donanımsal yatırım gerektirmeden, Gelirler İdaresi Başkanlığı’nın 10 yıl boyunca saklanması zorunlu kıldığı makbuzların saklanması sağlanmaktadır.
