It doesn’t have a save functionality so if you walk away midway your data is lost and you have to start over. The company operate a service to do health spending account claims but make it so incredibly inconvenient to submit any health records it’s almost impossible. Half the time I try to use the app I get a SSL error that the app could not connect. When it finally does it’s so difficult to fill in information an submit photos of the receipt. It looks like they hired someone who’s brand new to development to develop their entire system. The only way this can be worse is if I had to fax my receipts to them. They’ve made no improvements to this app in more than 2 years that I’ve been a client.
