I recently recharged, and after the software update all my previous data was deleted. When I try to log in again, it asks for new registration and asks me to recharge again, which is unacceptable. Also, if DND is activated, the app doesn’t make calls, and if any number is blocked, messages don’t get delivered. Overall, this app is a complete waste of time and money. I found your “Contact Us” section on your website and emailed you regarding this but no reply there. So now, I’m writing this long review hoping that you guys see this and fix this issue ASAP, because not gonna lie I’m frustrated at this point.
