3 Day trial is Bogus
I have had the app and the 3 day trial was a lie. On the app it says that the subscription has been cancelled but that simply isn’t the case. On top of that their customer service has been awful and not been communicating well with me. Can I please get some support

I would happily pay to buy the app outright, or a small fee. The problem is I just don’t need it that often (about once a year) for one receipt.

This a 3 day trial. After the 3 days you have to pay a subscription fee. The features are limited during the 3 day trail. This is not stated upfront.
Not eligible for refund
Terrible I used there free trial for 3 days and on the 2nd £50 left my account for subscription still trying to get a refund but terrible help and not accepting refund through Apple this is a joke

App misleads you into expecting to have a free 3 day trial but yet charge you $53 for a subscription you never agreed to paying! Con app x1000 locked up my iCloud and disputing transaction fraud
Tax & Tip Function
The application will not add the tax amount that I enter. It puts a different amount.
Subscription
Subscribed through Apple Store and still have water marks on receipt. Have hit to restore purchase and water mark is still there. No customer support through there website.

Absolutely do not download this app. It will not ever let you cancel the subscription and it takes eight dollars a week. It is not worth it because it never lets you use any of the templates. It’s completely a scam

Been paying for service but watermarks never leave
I’ve been paying for months but the watermarks are almost always there. I’ve contacted customer service again and when I’m told to completely close and refresh app it doesn’t always work… but when it does it’s a good way to make lost receipts
